Refund & Exchange Policy – Zahrah Accessories

At Zahrah Accessories, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Conditions

  • All items must be returned in original, unused condition, with all tags attached.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item reaches us safely.
  • Zahrah Accessories reserves the right to deduct from a refund if items are returned worn, used, damaged, or missing parts.

UK Orders

  • We offer a 14-day refund or exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be refunded or exchanged: Nose pins, Necklace sets, Earrings.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, any new delivery charges will be billed to the customer. The exchange will be dispatched once the new delivery fee is paid.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

International Orders

  • Refunds are available; exchanges are not available.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • When returning an item, please mark the package as “Return”. Failure to do so may result in customs or handling fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Zahrah Accessories is not responsible for customs, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.

Faulty or Damaged Products

  • Notify us of any faulty or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damaged item and your order number when contacting us.
  • Claims reported after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
  • For approved claims, a replacement item will be sent at no extra cost, subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable or Special Items

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless faulty.

Refund Method & Processing

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at purchase.
  • Please allow additional time for international refunds due to customs and banking processing.
